What you're agreeing to

By using Offline Rituals, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay—but please don't use the service.

The service

Offline Rituals provides weekly ritual content delivered via email. When you subscribe, you receive:

• One ritual per week, delivered every Thursday
• Access to ritual archives (for subscribers)
• Occasional updates and new content

Pricing and payment

• Monthly: $20/month, billed monthly
• Annual: $197/year, billed once per year

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change, but we'll notify existing subscribers before any changes affect them.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Here's how it works:

• Monthly subscribers: Access continues until the end of your billing period
• Annual subscribers: Access continues until the end of your year
• No partial refunds for unused time

To cancel, email support@offlinerituals.com or use the link in any ritual email.

What you can do with the rituals

• Print them for your family
• Share them with your household
• Use them as many times as you want
• Adapt them to fit your family's needs

What you can't do

• Redistribute rituals publicly (posting online, sharing in groups, etc.)
• Resell or commercially use the content
• Claim the rituals as your own creation
• Share your login with people outside your household

Basically: use it for your family, not for business.

Intellectual property

All ritual content, design, and branding belong to Offline Rituals. Your subscription gives you a personal license to use the content—not ownership of it.

Our responsibilities

We commit to:

• Delivering rituals weekly (barring technical issues)
• Keeping your data secure and private
• Responding to support requests within a few business days
• Being honest about what we offer

Limitations

We can't guarantee:

• That every ritual will work perfectly for your family
• Specific outcomes from using the rituals
• Uninterrupted service (though we'll do our best)

Offline Rituals is provided "as is." We're a small operation doing our best, not a corporation with guarantees and warranties.

Offline Rituals provides suggestions for family activities. All activities should be adapted to your family's ages, abilities, and circumstances. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and assessing the safety of any activity in their specific environment. Offline Rituals is not liable for any injury or damage that may occur during participation in suggested activities.

Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Redistribute content commercially
• Engage in fraudulent activity

This is rare. We'd rather have a conversation first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, as that's where we're based. Any disputes would be handled in Lisbon courts.
